Frank has also been with Stephen K. Tills for over 25 years.  Frank is responsible for helping Stephen K. Tills with preparation for trial or court cases. Frank has extensive knowledge in court proceedings and legal environment. His role is invaluable in dealing with clients and court employees. Other functions is assisting with case evidence and fact checking as required.  Frank has strong people skills and makes sure all is running like a well oiled ship!  His presence is very valuable when Stephen K. Tills is in court and Frank needs to look after clients in his absence and provide needed information to the Lawyer.
